Every team is shipping with AI. Few organizations can say where their data goes, what each model costs, or who is allowed to call what. The gap between adoption and control widens every quarter.
We started Actualyze because we have built the systems that sit underneath companies at scale: the platforms that have to be reliable, auditable, and fast all at once. The same discipline that kept payments and infrastructure honest is exactly what enterprise AI is missing.
We're building Actualyze to change that, giving organizations the visibility and control they need without slowing their teams down.
Backed by leading investors

A small team of operators who have run the kind of infrastructure enterprises depend on — now focused entirely on the AI control layer.

Founding CTO of Metacloud (acquired by Cisco), where he led organizations of 350+ engineers across multiple infrastructure platforms, and former global infrastructure lead at Ticketmaster, building highly available distributed systems at massive scale.
Rafi brings extensive leadership experience in building and scaling infrastructure companies. As a founding team member and CTO at Metacloud, he helped pioneer the managed private cloud model, leading the technical development of the platform, an enterprise-hardened OpenStack distribution. Metacloud was successfully acquired by Cisco, where he led organizations of over 350 engineers across multiple infrastructure platforms including the Intersight Core Platform, Container Platform, and Kubernetes Service.
Prior to Metacloud, Rafi led global infrastructure at Ticketmaster, where he designed and built globally distributed, highly available systems at massive scale. He led infrastructure teams managing thousands of nodes worldwide across multiple continents, growing the footprint by 300% under his leadership. As chief architect of "Spine," an advanced configuration management system, he delivered automation that managed all systems globally across the company. The system was open sourced and remained in production use for almost a decade.
Rafi's expertise spans large-scale distributed systems engineering and operations, hybrid cloud management, and enterprise infrastructure at global scale. His proven ability to build and lead exceptionally high-performing teams, combined with deep technical innovation and strategic vision, provides the foundation for scaling technology organizations from inception through successful execution.

Co-founder and CEO of Metacloud (acquired by Cisco) and former SVP of Global Technical Operations at Ticketmaster: a track record of building and scaling mission-critical infrastructure, now applied to enterprise AI.
Sean combines deep technical leadership with operational expertise in mission-critical infrastructure. As CEO and Co-Founder of Metacloud, he led all aspects of company operations including engineering, sales, marketing, investor relations, and strategic partnerships. Under his leadership, Metacloud built the first fully managed OpenStack enterprise platform and established managed private cloud as a viable market category, culminating in a successful acquisition by Cisco. Post-acquisition, he served as VP of Product for Cloud at Cisco, continuing to drive the platform's technical evolution.
Prior to founding Metacloud, Sean served as Senior Vice President of Global Technical Operations at Ticketmaster, where he was responsible for building, managing, and operating the complete infrastructure stack supporting over $9 billion in annual revenue. He architected and deployed global systems infrastructure for the world's third-largest e-commerce platform serving 11,000 clients across the US, UK, Australia, and China. His critical role in engineering the Ticketmaster Online Platform ensured billions of dollars in transactions process annually with 99.99%+ reliability requirements.
As CTO of Actualyze, Sean brings this proven track record of building and scaling infrastructure platforms to the challenge of enterprise AI. His expertise spans distributed systems architecture, cloud-native platform engineering, scaling technology organizations from startup through enterprise scale, and translating complex technical capabilities into market-defining products. His experience building Metacloud from inception through successful acquisition provides deep understanding of both the technical and business dimensions of enterprise infrastructure.
We build with AI: in the product, in our tooling, and in how we work. We reach for leverage first, so the team can spend its time on the problems that matter.
We ship in small steps and learn in the open. Whoever picks up a problem owns it end to end, from the decision through the consequences.
Enterprises trust us with their hardest infrastructure, so good enough isn't. We hold each other to a high standard and tell the truth about where we are.
