Your subscriptionYour subscription gives you full access to Actualyze with no restricted features. It comes with an included number of Actualyze tokens each month and a set rate for any tokens processed above the included usage.
Included Actualyze tokensA shared monthly pool for your whole organization. Actualyze tokens include non-cached input and output tokens. We don't charge for processing provider cached tokens.
Additional usageActualyze tokens that we process above the included pool are billed in arrears in 100M-token blocks at your plan's rate.
BillingYour subscription is billed monthly in advance, with additional usage billed in arrears. Monthly subscriptions require a valid payment method. Annual subscriptions offer additional payment methods and volume discounts.

Frequently asked questions
What is an Actualyze Token?
An Actualyze Token is how we measure usage. We count the tokens in every request and response with one , applied the same way no matter which model, provider, or region served it. A token is roughly four characters of English text. Because Actualyze does the counting, Actualyze Tokens won't match a provider's own token counts.
What counts as an Actualyze token?
Input and output tokens processed through the platform count toward your plan, at the same rate. If you use a provider's prompt caching, we don't charge you to read from that cache: tokens the provider reports as cache reads aren't counted.
What happens if I process more than 3B tokens in a month?
Usage above the included pool is billed in arrears in 100M-token blocks at $17 per block, on your next monthly invoice. Actualyze offers volume discounts for sustained usage above the included amount. Please contact sales to discuss.
How does the free trial work?
Your trial includes 30 days of full access to the platform, with no credit card required. To continue after the trial, you convert to a paid subscription by signing an order form with Actualyze.
What payment methods do you offer?
Actualyze supports credit card transactions for month-to-month subscription customers in US dollars only. Enterprise plan customers may pay via invoice/PO.
How are monthly invoices calculated?
Monthly invoices for included usage are due at the beginning of the month. Usage based fees are calculated at the end of the month and are invoiced in arrears.
How long are subscription terms?
Actualyze offers month-to-month plans and annual plans on Enterprise. The duration of your subscription will be set out in your order form.
