These Terms do not govern any separate product, hosted service, customer environment, paid offering, or beta program that ActualyzeAI may provide under a separate agreement.

Submitting a contact or demo request does not create any obligation for ActualyzeAI to provide services, enter into a business relationship, or respond within any specific timeframe.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, or may incorporate third-party tools. ActualyzeAI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, or availability.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACTUALYZEAI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ACTUALYZEAI FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ActualyzeAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for ActualyzeAI or others, or for any other lawful reason.
We may also modify the Site or these Terms at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and ActualyzeAI regarding the Site.
